Festival of Tables Fundraiser Success

We raised $13,000.00!!! What a wonderful turn out we had at the 1st. Annual Festival of Tables hosted by Mobberly Baptist Church. We had over 220 in attendance and the tables were breath-takingly beautiful. Shelly Wilson sang for us during dinner and Alan Johnson brought us an inspiring message, which challenged each of us to reach out and help the hurting, because they are a miracle just waiting to happen. Spring Hill Highschool Dodgeball Tournament

We wanted to say a special “Thank You” to Spring Hill High School for throwing a fund raiser for us each year which makes everyone smile. Who would have thought that a dodgeball tournament would bring in $3,100.00 and also bring so much joy and laughter. What a creative idea. Thank you Spring Hill staff and students. Come and be part of the 1st Annual Festival of Tables, which will be hosted by Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview, Texas. This event will be held Friday night, July 25, 2014 at 6pm. There will be dinner, entertainment, a guest speaker and a silent auction. The money raised will be going to help build the shelter’s new kitchen.
